Many individuals are curious about how owner financing works, so in response, we have decided to include detailed information on the website about the subject.

Your financing choices are as follows:

1. You can choose any property listed under (owner financed properties) on the sidebar to the right. These homes have built-in financing and do not require bank financing of any sort. We simply negotiate the terms with the seller and make it happen.

FHA Financing

2. A 3.5% down payment with an FHA loan if you have proof of income and a (620 credit score using my resource).

3. A 10% down payment with an FHA loan if you have proof of income and a (credit score below 620 using my resource).

Other popular creative financing techniques include lease options and contracts for deed, aka rent to own properties.
